1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stanalytics HR Solutions website, its content, and the consulting services we provide. 2. Our services
Stanalytics HR Solutions provides HR consulting services, including HR metrics and KPI design, people analytics, HR dashboards and reporting, research and surveys, AI-in-HR advisory, and capability building. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in the relevant proposal or services agreement.
Information on our website is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice until it is confirmed in a signed engagement.
3. Use of our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful material
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission
- Interfere with the proper working of the site or disrupt other users
We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the website without notice where we consider it necessary.
4. Proposals and engagements
Proposals and quotations we provide are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability and mutual agreement. An engagement is formed only when a proposal or statement of work is accepted in writing by both parties, or when we begin work at your written request.
Any changes to the scope, timeline, or deliverables will be agreed in writing and may affect fees. Estimates of timelines and outcomes are made in good faith but depend on factors outside our control, including the quality and availability of your data and stakeholders.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for our services are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required
- We may require a deposit or staged payments before or during an engagement
- Reasonable pre-approved expenses are charged at cost
We reserve the right to suspend work and charge interest on overdue amounts where payment is not made in accordance with these Terms.
6. Client responsibilities
To help us deliver effectively, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to the data, systems, and people reasonably required for the engagement
- Ensure you have the right to share any data you provide to us
- Nominate a point of contact with authority to review and approve deliverables
- Respond to requests and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
Where we process personal data on your behalf during an engagement, we do so under the terms of the relevant services agreement, our confidentiality obligations, and applicable data protection law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, dashboards, frameworks, and software, is owned by or licensed to Stanalytics HR Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how, and grant you a licence to use the deliverables prepared for you for your internal business purposes.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to deliver the services, as agreed with you, or as required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations, including any mutual non-disclosure terms, are set out in the relevant services agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stanalytics HR Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to an engagement will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for that engagement, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information is complete or up to date.
